Poorly photographed artwork may be refused entry to the Irish Art Awards 2008. The Irish Art Compendium decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. |

An artist may enter an artwork that has already been sold. However, please refer to rules 11 and 13 below. |

Entrants qualifying for Stage 2 must make their artwork available for inspection by Irish Art Compendium between 14th September 2008 and 14th October 2008. |

Entrants qualifying for Stage 2 must participate in the Peer Voting.

Entrants qualifying for Stage 2 must make their entry available for the Irish Art Awards 2008 Exhibition. |

Canvassing judges in Stage 3 will lead to disqualification of entrant. |
| 15 |
Multiple voting by an individual using different email addresses may lead to disqualification of voter and entrant. The Irish Art Compendium decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

You consent to IAC using your name, photo image and entry image in the promotion (and not for any other reason) of the Irish Art Awards.
